General Goal for Your Program:  As the North Carolina Director of Collegiate Affairs, my goal is to strengthen the collegiate experience within Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. by fostering leadership development, academic excellence, and meaningful engagement across all undergraduate chapters. We aim to create a cohesive network of collegiate brothers who are well-supported, well-informed, and equipped to transition into lifelong membership and impactful community service.

Current Main Focus:  Our current focus is on enhancing chapter operations through increased advisor engagement, leadership training, and accountability. We are working to ensure all chapters are MIP certified, properly reporting programs, and receiving the mentorship they need to thrive.
